We are happy to learn about your interest in Salisbury Summer School. In addition to the outstanding academic training that you will receive, we know that you will also be excited about the afternoon sports and clubs offered nearly every day. In addition, our weekend program also provides a variety of fun and cultural activities that are enjoyed by our students and faculty.
During the week, students are asked to select either a sport or an activity that will meet three afternoons per week. The athletic options may include soccer, basketball, tennis, paddle tennis, ultimate Frisbee, weight training, whiffle ball, hiking, golf and cycling (if demand is sufficient). Students also may have the option of choosing music, arts and crafts, hip-hop dance, yoga or drama instead of a sports activity. Student versus faculty soccer and basketball games are highlights of the summer school sports program as is the dance performance. If you are a competitive athlete, there is also time for you to train and workout for your particular sport.
